2024 Semester 1 & 2 - 01/01/2024 – 31/12/2024 (52 weeks)
Single room - $366 per week
Single room in a 2 bedroom apartment - $398 per week
2024 Semester 1 & 2 - 30/01/2024 – 31/12/2024 (48 weeks)
Single room - $378 per week
Single room in a 2 bedroom apartment - $407 per week
There is also a $200 non-refundable acceptance fee and a refundable deposit equivalent to 4 weeks of rent.

Room Inclusions
The majority of rooms at the Regiment Building are single rooms of the same size and layout. The size of the room is generally about 10sqm. Each room comes equipped with:
- double bed, bedside cupboard, study desk with chair,
- overhead shelving, desk lamp
- wardrobe, mini refrigerator, fan, electric heater, TV
What to bring?
