Please read and understand the following terms and conditions as they are binding on the attendance at all events and tickets purchased.
- The Promoter of this event is UniLodge Australia Pty Ltd.
- Tickets for this event are only available for UniLodge residents who are part of the Residential Life Program.
- Tickets to the events are heavily discounted as part of your Residential Life Program membership, hence failure to show up at the event will result in the full value of the event being charged to you.
- No exchange of tickets can be made under any circumstances except in the case where the promoter cancels the event.
- Tickets are limited to one per person.
- The resale of tickets is prohibited. UniLodge reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold.
- Any ticket purchased by non-UniLodge residents will be made void and any money collected forfeited and donated to a charitable cause.
- The Promoter / Venue Owner may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather conditions, life threatening situations or any other condition that he or she deems as posing a risk or danger to the public or property at the event. Only in the event of a cancellation will tickets purchased be refunded.
- The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
- Any feedback or complaints regarding the event must be directed to the Promoter.
- Optional charity donations are collected by the Promoter and are used to support a range of charitable causes throughout the year as part of the UniLodge Residential Life Charity Program.
