6. In the event of a lease break, residents will not be eligible for this offer and the rental credit will be added back into the resident’s rental account.
7. All residents must have paid their advance rent of two (2) weeks to secure their booking. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
