*Terms and Conditions:

1. The Summer Stay 2024 rate of $349 per week applies only to bookings between November 25, 2024, and February 8, 2025, with a minimum contract length of 1 week.
2. Weekly rent will be $349 per week per person.
3. All new residents must have paid their advance rent of two (2) weeks to secure their booking. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
4. Pricing is correct as at 25/11/2024.
5. Lease must end on or before 08/02/2025.
6. This offer is valid until 11/01/2025 unless sold out prior.
7. This offer is only valid to students with a valid student ID number and proof of enrolment. Students who are commencing study in 2025 and have proof of enrolment are also eligible for this offer.
8. This offer is not available to anyone who is not a student.
9. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
10. This offer is only valid at Mayoral Drive Student Accommodation and is not available at any other UniLodge properties in Australia or New Zealand.
11. This offer is not valid with bookings that have already been deposited/received/accepted.
12. This offer is valid if booked via education agents, bookings agents or referral agents via the agent booking portal.

1. Items are despatched to the selected UniLodge building and you agree to pay the total amount (as listed above) at the time of collecting the items from the building reception. Please note, all transactions are made in New Zealand Dollars.
2. You agree to allow enough time for your order to be delivered to the selected UniLodge building. Delivery to the South Island typically takes 1-3 business days. Delivery to the North Island typically takes 2-5 business days. Please note, if you order after 3pm (New Zealand time) on a Friday, the items will be despatched the following business day which is a Monday.
3. At the time of placing this order, you are agreeing to pay for the selected goods. Should you decide not to collect the goods and make payment, the charges will be added to your UniLodge account for payment. Please note, UniLodge is not obligated to refund this purchase for change of mind or finding a similar product elsewhere for a cheaper price.
