UniLodge Kensington, in partnership with The University of Sydney, is excited to be opening a new student accommodation building in Semester 1 2025.

The building accepts students from all tertiary institutions (UNSW, NIDA, and others), offering numerous room type options, from $544* per week. Studio apartments are available for those that enjoy independent living, and Shared apartments for those wanting to live with or make new friends.

Live at UniLodge Kensington and be prominently located approximately 30 minutes by bus or light rail to the University of Sydney. There will be a free shuttle bus also be available to USYD students (timetable to be confirmed). This student accommodation property is in a prime location, conveniently close to transport, shopping and the expansive Centennial Parklands.

At UniLodge Kensington, apartments are furnished, all equipped with a bed, study desk and chair, air-conditioning, private bathrooms and secure swipe card access. The building also boasts a gym, yoga studio, laundry, private cinema, music room, games area and lounge for socializing. We offer free Wi-Fi throughout the building, and study spaces available 24/7.
