Efficient public transport connects these student rentals in Brisbane with nearby shopping and entertainment venues. A CityCat terminal, Brisbane’s modern river transport, is within walking distance allowing comfortable transport into the city centre via the tranquil waters of the Brisbane River.
Car parking is included in your rent (one per apartment) with Visitor Parking available at the front of the building.
The kitchen in your apartment has all of your high quality modern appliances which supply the basic essentials, including: fridge/freezer, cooktop, ducted range hood, dishwasher and microwave oven.
With your convenience in mind, all of the apartments feature a washing machine and dryer in the apartment (shared by yourself and your roommate) this can be used at no extra cost to you.
The property is in a great location with close access to public transport. There is a bus stop which goes to Indooroopilly or the Brisbane CBD 150m away, a City Cat stop within 350m.
In St Lucia there is no shortage of eating spots. On campus there are cafes and small shops where you can buy everyday essentials. A short 5 to 10 minute walk away there is a large shopping centre (on Hawken Drive) which is also surrounded by a variety of food options – subway, cafes, Japanese, Italian, Thai, fish and chips and more. There is also a small convenience store nearby. Toowong, Indooroopilly and the Brisbane CBD are only a short bus ride away.

With your security and safety in mind, each apartment has lockable front entry doors.
Building Security
Resident safety is number one priority for UniLodge management. There is a front foyer door that you need to access with a key or in the company of a resident or staff to access the building.
Each apartment is furnished with at least a 38" television in the lounge room.
Broadband – Wi-Fi Broadband Connection
Internet can be accessed individually in each apartment via cable connection.
Internet is not included in your rent. You can connect via your choice of ISP by connecting to their wireless network or via internet socket in your apartment using an Ethernet cable.
