Surrounded by tranquil gardens, Kurrajong Village sits near the south-west boundary of Curtin University's Perth campus and is a short walk to major public transport and local amenities, such as shops, libraries and restaurants.
Kurrajong Village consists of four properties: Don Watts House, George James House, Japan House and Rotary International House. Options range from private rooms in eight-bedroom apartments to studios.

UniLodge provides 24-hour security, seven days a week, so you will live in a safe environment. We encourage you to get to know the staff who work at Kurrajong Village and to join in the fun social and sport activities.

BBQ facilities are located in the common outdoor areas of the property. Residents can enjoy a BBQ with friends, family or prepare a dinner for one.
Bike storage is available for use though spaces are limited.
Our common room has a pool table, a table tennis table, foosball tables, couches, a television and a home theatre room. The common room can be booked for resident functions.
Parking at the complex is free but limited. If you plan to have a car, please contact us directly to find out about parking availability.

The kitchen in your apartment has all of your essentials including; fridge/freezer, sink, cooktop, storage space and microwave oven.
There are two laundries on site, with washing machines, dryers and sinks for hand washing.
Curtin Library at Curtin University Perth campus, provides a vast collection of study materials, computers, study spaces, wireless technology and printing facilities.
There is a large outdoor common area for all residents, with BBQ facilities overlooking the beautiful gardens with exercise equipment, a beach volleyball court, a mini golf course, a giant chess set and a herb garden.
Our on-site, friendly, customer service-focused staff will be available offering general assistance, and pastoral care services – you will always have someone there for you.
Printing is available at multiple locations on campus using your student card.
The property is in a great location with close access to public transport. There is a bus stop just outside the entrance residence, which is also a five minute walk to Curtin University for all your classes.
Waterford Plaza Shopping Centre is just a short stroll across the road where you can find over 60 specialty stores all in one convenient location. Located on the corner of Kent Street and Manning Road in Karawara, access by car and public transport is easy via both the Kwinana Freeway and Albany Highway. You can explore all the flavours of the world right here with over 27 places to eat and drink, whilst soaking up the atmosphere of the Waterford Plaza High Street.
For your security, we provide special coded keys to access your unit and various common and outdoor facilities.
All rooms are fitted with a desk and chair to allow you your private time to study.
Within the common area of your apartment is a HD TV and there is a projector located in the main common area to watch movies and enjoy with friends and residents.
The property features high speed wireless broadband via the EDUROAM network for Curtin University students throughout the main common areas of the building.
Your Internet usage and connection is included in your utilities each week. Additional internet can be purchased should your needs require.
