2. Offer Validity: This offer applies to all new confirmed bookings for a Full-Year contract on a Studio Queen apartment at UniLodge Melbourne City with the contract running from 01/02/2025 until 03/02/2026. 
3. Expiry: This offer will be available from 16/01/2025 to 31/01/2025.  
4. Limited Availability: The Visa Gift Card Promotion applies to the first 40 confirmed bookings only and is valid for a Full-Year lease term. 
5. Visa Gift Card Instalments: 5.a The first instalment of $500 will be given within the first 4 weeks of the lease term. 5.b The second instalment of $1000 will be provided in the final 4 weeks of the lease term, starting from 04/01/2026. 
6. Lease Break Conditions: If a resident breaks the lease prior to the contract expiry date, they may be required to pay back the Visa Gift Card amount in full prior to departure. 
7. Visa Gift Card Delivery: The Visa Gift Card will be supplied to the resident via the email address provided on their lease. Terms and conditions for voucher redemption will adhere to Gift Pay policies; visit giftpay.com.au for further information. 
8. Advance Rent Payment: All new bookings must have paid their advance rent of 2 weeks to secure their booking as outlined in the letter of offer by the date specified in it. Failure to pay the deposit within the specified timeframe will disqualify the booking from this promotion. 
9. Non-Combinable Offers: This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, including UniLodge "Hot Deals." 
10. Non-Transferable: This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
