UniLodge South Bank student accommodation in South Brisbane features comfortable resident lounges, courtyards with BBQs, media rooms, gourmet kitchen and dining area and dedicated study rooms on every level so you can socialise and make friends while you study.
Our communal kitchens come fully equipped with chef’s ovens, microwaves, fridges and ample bench space for you to whip up that culinary masterpiece in front of your friends.
BBQ facilities are located on the ground floor common area north court ard and on the 14th floor Sky Garden – enjoy a BBQ with your friends, or prepare dinner for one.
The BBQ is electric and free for all residents to use.
Bike racks are available to residents and are undercover and secure.
There are over 400 spaces across the basement and ground level.
Ground Floor
Relax in the Media Zone/Theatrette complete with a bean bag area to catch up on your favourite movies. Challenge your friends to a game in the Games Area on ground level, which features a pool table, table tennis, air hockey, 50inch TV and vending machines

Limited parking is available for a minimum of 4 weeks at $70 per week. Priority given to students who wish to secure for their entire lease period.
The kitchen in your apartment has all of your basic essentials! The studio and 2 bedroom apartments include a 2 burner electric cook top, rangehood, sink, garbage bin, microwave and fridge (172L in studio apartments; 238L in studio accessible and 2 bedroom). The 6 bedroom apartments also include the above essentials and an oven unit with 4 burner cook top and double door fridge/freezer.
Ground Floor
Cook up a storm with your friends in the Gourmet Kitchen and dining area, equipped with cooktops, rangehood, ovens, microwave, fridge, sink, and dishwasher.
Level 2
Enjoy a meal with friends in the Create Kitchen & Dining Area with cooktops, ovens, sinks and tables
A Laundry room on level 2 are available for your use, containing washing machines, dryers, ironing board, and sink. Access to the laundry is available 24/7, so you can do your washing at any time of the day. Laundry is $4/wash or dry.
The Library on Level 15 is the perfect location to retreat to for study.
When you need some downtime from your studies, the rooftop Sky Garden is the perfect place to relax with your friends. With panaromic city views and an Aussie BBQ this is the perfect place to entertain!

An electronic swipe card is provided to access your apartments and all individual bedrooms, giving you safety and peace of mind when it comes to security and sharing with others.
Building Security
Resident safety is our number one priority for UniLodge. The property features secure access to the building – no one can gain access to enter the building without an electronic swipe card or unless accompanied by a resident or staff member.
When it’s time to get down to study, our modern Study Rooms located on each level between levels 3 to 15 are a student’s dream! Featuring air-conditioning, table and chairs, whiteboard, pinboard, and roller blinds to the windows.
We also have an Innovation Hub on Level 2 and 14 - perfect to get together with friends to work on group projects or when you simply want quiet thinking space to spread out those many text books and nut out that assignment.
Each studio apartment and 2 bedroom multi-share have a 32" LED TV and the 6 bedroom multi-share rooms feature a 40" TV in the lounge area.
With vending machines on the ground and second floor, grabbing yourself a snack on your way to uni has never been easier! Stocked with all of your favourite snacks and drink, your next healthy (or not so healthy) snack is at your fingertips.
