1. You must be classified as a new or existing resident at UniLodge Auckland City to be eligible for this offer. Existing residents must be at the end of their current lease term to be eligible to apply for a new lease on the discounted rate.
2. The $41 rent discount per week (total discounted rent is $409 per week) is available on bookings for the Standard Studio Apartment on a 52 weeks stay in 2025.
3. The offer is valid for all applications and deposits received from 01/09/2024 until 5pm AEST, 10/02/2025 or until allocation is exhausted.
4. Lease must commence prior to or on 10/02/2025.
5. Full year lease contract is up to 52 weeks.
6. All residents must have paid their advance rent of two (2) weeks to secure their booking. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
7. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
8. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
9. This offer is only valid at UniLodge Auckland City and is not available at any other UniLodge properties in Australia or New Zealand.
10. This offer is not valid with bookings that were deposited/received/accepted before 01/09/2024.
11. This offer is also valid if booked via education agents, bookings agents or referral agents via the agent booking portal.

1. Items are despatched to the selected UniLodge building and you agree to pay the total amount (as listed above) at the time of collecting the items from the building reception. Please note, all transactions are made in New Zealand Dollars.
2. You agree to allow enough time for your order to be delivered to the selected UniLodge building. Delivery to the South Island typically takes 1-3 business days. Delivery to the North Island typically takes 2-5 business days. Please note, if you order after 3pm (New Zealand time) on a Friday, the items will be despatched the following business day which is a Monday.
3. At the time of placing this order, you are agreeing to pay for the selected goods. Should you decide not to collect the goods and make payment, the charges will be added to your UniLodge account for payment. Please note, UniLodge is not obligated to refund this purchase for change of mind or finding a similar product elsewhere for a cheaper price.
