2. This offer applies only to new eligible bookings received from 5/02/2026 – 31/03/2026 (“promotion period”) or until the 50-booking allocation is exhausted, whichever comes first.
3. Contracts must commence on or before 31/03/2026.
4. All room types at UniLodge Auckland City are eligible for this offer.
5. This offer applies only to a minimum contract length of 42-52 weeks.
6. All new residents must have paid their bond payment deposit to secure their booking. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
7. Eligible residents will receive a total of 1 Week Rent Free which, will be applied as a rental credit at the end of the lease.
8. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
9. This offer is valid at UniLodge Auckland City only and is not available at any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand.
10. If you decide to break your lease you will not be eligible for this offer and will no longer be eligible for the 1 Week Rent Free offer.

1. Items are despatched to the selected UniLodge building and you agree to pay the total amount (as listed above) at the time of collecting the items from the building reception. Please note, all transactions are made in New Zealand Dollars.
2. You agree to allow enough time for your order to be delivered to the selected UniLodge building. Delivery to the South Island typically takes 1-3 business days. Delivery to the North Island typically takes 2-5 business days. Please note, if you order after 3pm (New Zealand time) on a Friday, the items will be despatched the following business day which is a Monday.
3. At the time of placing this order, you are agreeing to pay for the selected goods. Should you decide not to collect the goods and make payment, the charges will be added to your UniLodge account for payment. Please note, UniLodge is not obligated to refund this purchase for change of mind or finding a similar product elsewhere for a cheaper price.
