TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. This offer is available to new Studio Standard Apartment applications for a Full Year contract at UniLodge Melbourne CBD. Existing residents must be at the end of their current lease to qualify for a new contract on this rate. 

2. The discounted $499 per week rate applies to the first 50 Studio Standard Apartment bookings only and is valid for a Full-Year lease term. Check out has to be between 2/2/26 - 9/2/26.

3. The offer is available for new applications submitted from 18/11/24 until allocation is exhausted. Apartments will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Lease start dates must occur on or after 02/01/2025. 

5. Advance rent of two (2) weeks must be paid to secure the booking. Bookings not secured with the advance rent payment and bond payment by the specified date will not be eligible for the discounted rate. 

6. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, or offers.

7. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

8. Pricing and offer details are subject to change without prior notice.

9. This offer is valid as of 18/11/24.

10. The discounted rate applies only to Studio Standard Apartments at UniLodge Melbourne CBD and is not valid for other UniLodge properties.

11. Applications through education agents, booking agents, or referral agents via the agent portal are also eligible.

12. Bookings made prior to the offer’s launch are not eligible.

13. UniLodge Melbourne CBD reserves the right to withdraw the offer once apartments are allocated or due to operational reasons.
