Yes, to be a resident at UniLodge you need to have a current and valid COE (confirmation of enrollment- but NOT offer letter) / student ID from the date you apply for your room and throughout your entire stay as per the dates on your contract agreement. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Before moving in, you’ll need to purchase personal items such as bedding, kitchenware, and any other essentials not included in your room all of these items are available for purchase at Your Shop.
All cancellations or early departures are subject to the terms of the Residential Tenancy Agreement and UniLodge Perth Central policies.
The closest supermarket is a Woolworths that is 350m away from the property. Other essential shops such as pharmacies, asian groceries, clothing and restaurants are also within the 350m radius to UniLodge Perth Central.
UniLodge Perth Central will not offer dual occupancy for all room types.

The rates listed on the website are per bed and are not shared between roommates. This applies to all shared apartments, including Twin Studios and 3-, 4-, and 5-bedroom apartments.
When you apply for a room at UniLodge Perth Central, a security bond of 4 weeks’ is payable within 48 hours of receiving your Letter of Offer. This payment secures your room/apartment. Please provide a remittance to the Reservations Team to confirm your payment, as it may take several days for funds to reach our bank account.
We do not have an onsite parking as we are centrally located to public transport (Mciver Train Station & the Yellow Cat Bus), however there is a Wilson Parking structure next to the property at 301 Wellington Street or 306 Wellington Street. Please contact Wilson Parking for monthly rates or any student discount deals available.
Yes, we have two bike storage areas: a standard bike storage and an e-bike storage with charging. Use is free and limited to one bike per resident.

We will not allow guests to stay overnight, guests can only visit during the day. As this is a secure student accommodation building, all residents are required to meet their guests at the entrance door as this is only accessible by a resident swipe card/key.
At UniLodge Perth Central, rent payments are debited from your nominated bank account on a fortnightly basis.
No, however there are multiple hotel accommodations within walking distance of UniLodge Perth Central. Pensione Hotel (190m away), QT Perth (350m away), Adina Apartment Hotel Perth (140m away), The Westin (550m away).
Studios, Twins and 5-bed Multishare apartments are available on both standard and high floors, levels 3-17 are considered standard floors and levels 18-29 are considered high floors. Accessible Studios, 3- Bed Multishare Apartments and 4-Bed Multishare Apartments are not available on high floors.
Apartments are inspected every 3 months. We will advise you via email prior to inspections occurring.
All rooms and common areas in our apartments are equipped with reverse cycle air conditioners, providing both heating and cooling.
Every room is private with a lockable door - only you will have access to your room. If you are in shared accommodation, the communal areas will the be accessible to all tenants of the specific apartment.

UniLodge Perth Central has a NO SMOKING policy.
The laundry facility is open from 7am to 10pm and both machines are front loaders. The price of one load of washing is $5 and one load of drying costs $5. Please note that the laundry is cashless.
UniLodge Perth Central has a no pet policy – this includes fish.

The kitchens are already fitted with basic amenities, such as the fridge and the microwave. However, you will need to supply your own utilities such as a toaster, kettle, and sandwich press for example. If you live in shared accommodation, you can always wait until you meet your roommates to organise a group shop to figure out what everyone has brought along with them.
Residents are required to keep their own room/apartment clean. We have vacuums available for free hire from reception, and our cleaning service is available on request, at cost. Speak to our friendly team about cleaning options and pricing.
Upon vacating a Room/Apartment, resident(s) must remove all personal belongings and leave the Room/Apartment clean and tidy and in the same condition as at the date of first occupation, subject to fair wear and tear and taking into account any notice the resident submitted to UniLodge Perth Central management in accordance with the Apartment/ Room Condition Report. Where the Resident(s) fails to comply with this Standard, management reserves the right to charge resident(s) with the cost of professionally cleaning the Room/Apartment to the required condition.
