Apartment inclusions

• Private self-catered studio or twin apartments, or large multi-person 3,4 or 5 bedroom shared apartments.
• Each bedroom includes a King single sized bed and mattress, storage, study desk and chair, wardrobe and private bathroom (excluding Twin Studio). Each apartment will also have air-conditioning and Kitchenette with fridge, sink, fridge, microwave, cooktop with rangehood.
• Shared apartments include a shared living zone with lounge and dining area.
• Your rent per week will include Wi-Fi, Utility bills and membership to the UniLodge Residential Life program. 

Services and extracurricular:

• High speed Wi-Fi access throughout the building.
• Wheelchair access for accessibility rooms.
• Use of common areas is included in rent, gym and outdoor terrace, communal kitchen and dining hall, group and private study areas, cinema room.
• Shared Laundry room. Washing and drying fees not included in rent.
• Membership to the UniLodge Residential Life program includes extensive cultural, social, sporting and residence education programs and events held weekly.
