UniLodge ANU Kinloch Lodge has a variety of apartments for students to choose from.
No matter which type of apartment you decide to live in, all our rooms are modern, comfortable, and fitted with a range of inclusions (inclusions vary depending on room type).

Room Inclusions
Colourful and modern student living located on ANU Campus close to shops, restaurants and public transport.
Apartment Features:
- Range of student apartments from single studios to six-bedroom multi-share apartments
- Fully equipped kitchens and study desks
- Many apartments include balconies for fresh air and entertainment with large open plan living rooms
Rent Inclusions:
- Weekly rates include a capped utility charge ($40 p/w) that covers gas, water, electricity, internet, as well as data connection and line rental.
