You will need to pay the room security deposit which varies between room types. The security deposit varies depending on room type: studio $950, studio double or 1 bedroom $1400 and multishare apartment $800. There is also an additional administration fee of $300 as well as a Residential Life fee of $180.

There is an IGA Supermarket underneath the West City Park. Which is opposite UniLodge @ ANU on Marcus Clarke Street, approximately two minutes walking distance.

Due to lack of storage, there are no extra storage spaces at UniLodge.
Yes! Several of the retail outlets in the area provide discounts for local residents and students. Free gym access at ANU for UniLodge residents.
When you make a reservation with UAS, please note the persons name you would like to share with. UniLodge will try to fill your request however this can’t be guaranteed.

You can also talk to our onsite Community Assistants, one on each floor to help with any issues, e.g. noise complaints; or Residential Advisors – they are all available to assist in anyway.

Your mail arrives during the week and is placed in your pigeon hole at Reception awaiting your collection.
Yes, you will need to notify our Reservations Team of your request. Pending on time of the year, you might need to be placed on a waiting list and be contacted if a room becomes available.

Rental payments are made fortnightly via Direct Debit through a debit/savings account or a Credit Account (Amex and Diners not accepted, all Credit transactions attract a 2% surcharge).
Payments can be made via EFTPOS, Direct Transfer and Credit (Amex and Diners not accepted, all Credit transactions attract a 1.3% surcharge)
Yes we have campus maps available for you at Reception.
You are required to advise Reception in advance of any visitors who are staying over night. This is for safety reasons and we permit a maximum of four nights per visit. Each visitor staying over is required to fill out one of our Visitor Forms located at Reception.
Yes, wireless internet access will be available in all study areas throughout the building.
