TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. To be eligible for this offer you must be classified as a new or continuing full-time domestic or international student, at either Victoria University or Victoria University TAFE division commencing study in 2025 (and have accepted your offer to study), or re-enrolling in Semester 2 2025 on a full-time basis.
2. This offer applies to all eligible confirmed bookings at UniLodge Victoria University.
3. This offer applies to a minimum contract length of four (4) weeks. NB. the guarantee does not automatically continue beyond the initial lease term).
4. All new residents must have paid their advance non-refundable deposit of $500 AUD to secure their booking. NB. other start up fees will also be required prior to arrival, as outlined in the Letter of Offer. Failure to pay the non-refundable deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
5. This offer ends 31 December 2025 (updated annually).
6. This offer does not continue beyond the applicant’s initial lease term.
7. This offer does not apply to students studying part time, studying a non-award course, or studying at any university or institution that is not Victoria University or Victoria University Polytechnic.
8. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
9. This offer is valid at UniLodge Victoria University and is not available at any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand.
10. This offer is available if booked via partnered education agents, bookings agents or referral agents.
