Having opened in 2022, UniLodge Ultimo is designed for a smaller, more intimate community. You’ll be living in the heart of Sydney's higher learning district where students and suits mingle, work and play. The University of Sydney is a short 15 minute walk in neighbouring Camperdown and there is so much to explore. You'll also be able to be part of our fantastic Residential Life Program where you'll get to participate in exciting social events, fun tours and excursions as well as activities within the property that'll allow you to get to know your fellow residents and local area in no time.

UniLodge Ultimo is the ultimate spot for shopping, parks, cafes, historic pubs and entertainment and sports facilities.

There are also plenty of communal spaces around the property to study, relax and meet fellow residents from all around the world. Our staff are also kind and friendly, and always on hand to help you with anything you need – from study needs, assistance with your apartment, as well as offering support for your emotional wellbeing. It’s just another way we make sure you have the safest and happiest experience here at UniLodge Ultimo.

UniLodge Ultimo is already SOLD OUT for 2024, however you can still apply to live at this awesome location in 2025. Ultimo is an inner-city suburb of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Ultimo is located 2 kilometres south-west of the Sydney central business district in the local government area of the City of Sydney. Broadway is a locality around the road of the same name, which is located on the borders of Ultimo, Chippendale and Glebe.

At UniLodge Ultimo you’ll be living in Sydney’s heart of higher learning where students and city suits alike mingle, work and play. And from this heart you can discover the very best of one of the world’s most iconic cities. The University of Sydney, The University of Technology, Sydney Institute of TAFE, Notre Dame University and Torrens University are all located here, and of course The University of Sydney is just a 15 minute walk up the road to neighbouring Camperdown. There is so much to explore and find, but join Residential Life and you’ll get to know this area like a local in no time.
