1. You must be classified as a new eligible resident at UniLodge Toowong.
2. This offer provides a rent-free period of up to 4 weeks starting from the move-in date in December 2024.
3. The offer is valid for new bookings, on any room type, on a 2025 S1 Full Year or 2025 S1 Academic Half Year lease, received from 02/12/2024 until 5pm AEST, 31/12/2024 or until allocation is exhausted.
4. The rent-free period will only be available in December 2024.
5. Lease must commence prior to 31/12/2024.
6. The rent-free period will be applied as a rental rebate. The rent rebate will be applied as a rental credit in March 2025 (latest date 31/03/2025).
7. The total rent rebate is calculated based on the resident's total December rent amount.
8. Residents will not be eligible for the rent rebate if the resident breaks lease or ends their agreement prior to the contract expiry date.
9. All new bookings must have paid their advance rent of 2 weeks to secure their booking as outlined in the letter of offer by the date specified in it. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
10. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
11. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
12. This offer is valid at UniLodge Toowong and is not available at any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand.
13. This offer is not valid with bookings that have already been deposited/received/accepted before 02/12/2024.
14. This offer is also valid if booked via education agents, bookings agents or referral agents via the agent booking portal.
