Complete the online application. Once we have received your application, we will send you a rental offer. To accept this offer you will be required to pay the first month’s rental and for any additional service options that you choose. Before you move into WSU Nirimba Village, a bond equal to one month’s rental will be required. If you need any further information please do not hesitate to contact us.
A fully furnished apartment, all utilities are included, access to unlimited internet and wifi through WSU, use of our common facilities and ability to participate in our Residential Life program.
Yes. The resident must pay an Application Fee of $110 to secure their apartment, this is to be paid upon acceptance of an offer of accommodation.
Water and electricity are included in your weekly rent.
WSU Nirimba Campus offers free parking.
Yes, this is not included in your rent.
Yes, you will need to contact the Night Manager or reception. The Night Manager will have you complete some paperwork, provide you with your key and show you to your apartment.
Yes, to secure your room you must pay your Security Deposit equal to 4 weeks’ rent, the application Fee, the Residential Life Program fee and the first two weeks of rent and utilities.
No, there is no not set departure cleaning fee, however additional cleaning fees may apply if you fail to clean your room on departure.
WSU staff can connect you with various Health and Wellbeing services offered on campus.
You will be charged an Early Termination Fee equal to two weeks of Occupancy Fees and will be responsible for finding a suitable replacement to take over the remainder of the contract.
No, we will provide you with a mattress protector when you check in.
Check in is available 7 days a week, 8am to 1am.
WSU can try to recover all or part of the bond at the end of a tenancy if:
