No. There are no application fees.
Yes. To secure an apartment, the Tenant must pay the first month’s rent and the bond payment (equivalent to one month rent).
Yes there are early termination fees and cancellations are considered the same as breaking a lease.
We can arrange for the professional cleaning of your Apartment. The cost to clean a room is $300 (Semester 1 2025) for a studio apartment.
Pricing is based on prepayment of cleaning prior to arrival.
Per Lease Agreement. The cost includes an administrative fee, 1 week of rent plus GST, advertising fees, and a departure cleaning fee (if organised through UniLodge and not already paid). You will also be responsible for rental payments until the apartment is leased again (up to a maximum of one month).
Each resident pays for their energy as it is separately metered and will hold their own account with an energy company. EnergyOn is the provider at the property and their details can be accessed at Centralised electricity application - Origin Energy.
Unlimited internet/WiFi is provided by Superloop and included in your rental package.

Monday to Friday 11 AM and 3 PM (excluding public holidays). Further information regarding available check-in dates and times will be provided in the confirmation of accommodation email.
Check-ins are Monday to Friday only – we are unable to do check-ins after hours, on weekends or Public Holidays due to Victorian legislation requirements, except on a case-by-case basis. We recommend that you pre-arrange a hotel or alternative accommodation until you are able to check in during check-in hours.
