Student Living can arrange for the professional cleaning of your Apartment. The cost to clean a room in Semester 1, 2025 is as follows:
Pricing is based on prepayment of cleaning prior to arrival
Per Lease Agreement. The cost will be 2 weeks rent plus GST, $165 Advertising fee and Rent paid until the apartment is leased again.
Each resident pays for their energy as it is separately metered and will hold their own account with an energy company. UniLodge recommends Sumo as an electricity provider.
Internet access and WIFI is provided by Vostronet and unlimited WIFI is included in your rental payments.

Extra Guests are not permitted in the room due to fire regulations.
There are no car park bays available however bike spaces are free.
