Yes. The resident must pay an Application Fee of $55 to secure their apartment, this is to be paid upon acceptance of an offer of accommodation.
Limited parking available, charged weekly. Permits are provided with 24-hour access to a parking space for the duration of your agreement. Applications are processed on a “first in, first served” basis.
Water and electricity are included in your weekly utility fee.

Yes, you will need to contact the Duty Manager on 0466 558 053. The Duty Manager will have you complete some paperwork, provide you with your key and show you to your room.
Yes. To secure an apartment, the resident must pay the Application Fee of $55, the Security Deposit equivalent to 4 weeks of rent, two weeks rent in advance and the Residential Life fee of $150. Prices vary depending on the room type and contract length.
Yes, you must pay a Departure Cleaning Fee of $180 at the end of the contract. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
For University of Canberra Students residing at UniLodge @ UC – UC Lodge and UniLodge @ UC – Cooper Lodge, Internet access and WiFi is provided by UC. To access the WiFi please use your Uni ID number and password. Contact UC if you have any issues.
For residents of UniLodge @ UC – Weeden Lodge, internet costs are included in utility bills. Contacts are purchased directly with our contracted supplier, Superloop.
UniLodge staff can connect you with various Health and Wellbeing services offered on campus.
Greater than 14 days before the start date of your contract:
Non-refundable: Application Fee of $55. Refundable: Security Deposit, Residential Life Program Fee of $150 and two weeks of Occupancy Fees.
Between 1 and 14 days before the start date of your contract:
Cancellation Fee equivalent to two weeks of Occupancy fees. Non-refundable: Application Fee of $55. Refundable: Security Deposit, Residential Life Program Fee of $150.
On or after the start date of your contract:
Cancellation Fee equivalent to two weeks of Occupancy fees. Non-refundable: Application Fee of $55 and Residential Life Program Fee of $150. You are responsible for payment of the Occupancy Fees and your Security Deposit will be retained by UniLodge until a suitable replacement is secured.
You will be charged an Early Termination Fee equal to two weeks of Occupancy Fees and will be responsible for finding a suitable replacement to take over the remainder of the contract.
No, we will provide you with a mattress protector when you check in.
Check in is available Monday to Friday, 10am – 6pm from property reception. We do not offer check in on weekends or public holidays.
You need to pay for the residential life program fee annually. It is compulsory and it covers for a range of events and activities organised by Unilodge.
Yes, we have a professional maintenance team to support the general maintenance requests. Contractors may be arranged if the issue persists.
Unfortunately we do not take cash payments in the lodges. You can make rent payments through credit/debit cards or pay online.
