Yes. A payment of $300 application fee, and 1 month's rent payable before arrival as the security deposit.

Yes car parking spaces are free with each apartment and 20 bicycle spaces are free.

Yes - The departure clean fee is $150 per room per hour and payable on arrival.

If I wanted to break my lease/contract, what are the costs associated with this?

For residents to cancel their contract, they need to give at least 4 weeks’ notice and pay 1 week's rent as a termination fee.

What utility costs am I responsible for?

Utility charges are separately metered so the tenant is responsible for these costs per their plan.

Internet access and WIFI is provided by Big Air and speed and download varies by plan.

No, a mattress protector and shower curtain will be provided to you.
