Does this property have an Application fee?

Yes a non-refundable application fee of $300 per room.

Is an advanced payment/deposit required?

Yes. A payment of $300 application fee, $130 residential community fee and one month's rent is required as a deposit to secure the apartment.

Are car parking spaces available?

No there are no car parking spaces available however there are 15 bicycle bays available for free.

Do I need to pay a departure clean fee?

Yes - The departure clean fee is $150 per room per hour and payable on arrival. If additional cleaning is required, a minimum charge of $45 per hour our will apply.

If I wanted to break my lease, what are the costs associated with this?

For residents to cancel their contract, they need to give at least 4 week's notice and pay one week's rent as the contract termination fee.

What utility costs am I responsible for?

Utility charges are included in your rent.

How much is the Internet / WIFI? Who is the provider and how much bandwidth do I have

Internet access and WIFI is provided by Big Air and speed and download varies by plan.

Do I need a mattress protector?

No, a mattress protector and shower curtain will be provided to you.

Do I need to organise my own Contents Insurance?

Yes this is not included in your rent.
