Yes, to be a resident at UniLodge you need to have a current and valid student ID from the date you apply for your room and throughout your entire stay as per the dates on your contract agreement. Please contact reception if you have any questions.
Yes. To secure an apartment, the Tenant must pay two week’s advanced rent and a Security Deposit / Bond of 4 weeks rent.

South Bank Brisbane offers a variety of twin share and 6 bedroom multi-share apartments. All room are fully-furnished with a kitchenette including fridge/freezers, microwaves and cook tops.
With dedicated social areas, comfortable lounges, media room and a rooftop garden all group bookings are welcome to come and experience the enjoyable atmosphere of South Bank.
If you were not successful in receiving a visa to study in Australia before the commencement of your lease start date, we ask that you write an email requesting cancellation, which must be submitted to the property at which your booking is held within 24 hours of you receiving notification from the Department of Home Affairs, along with the email from the Department of Home Affairs advising your refusal notice to study in Australia. You will then be formally advised that your lease agreement will then be cancelled without penalty.

No. There are no application fees.
Yes you can cancel your booking before you move in. You will get your deposit back in full if you cancel 30 or more days in advance of your contract start date, otherwise a cancellation fee applies.
Yes there are 19 car parking spaces available at a cost of $70 per week. There are also 426 free bicycle spaces available.
Yes, please refer to Reception. The cost to have your room fully cleaned is $249.
The cost is 2 weeks rent plus costs until the apartment is leased again.
Electricity and Water costs are included in the rent and payable by the landlord.
Internet access and unlimited WIFI is provided by Superloop and is included in your rent.
There is no charge to have an extra guest for a maximum of 3 nights. An ongoing charge of $50 per week is required within studio apartments only.
