No. There are no application fees.
Yes. To secure an apartment, the Tenant must pay two week’s advanced rent and a Bond of 4 weeks rent prior to arrival.
Yes there is a cancellation fee of 2 weeks rent.
Yes there are 16 car parking spaces available which are free upon successful application. Car spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. There are also free bike spaces.
The cost to clean a room at the end of a lease is $350 which includes a 3-hour professional cleaning session, carpet steam clean, replacement of shower screen and mattress protector.
The cost is 2 weeks rent + GST plus costs until the apartment is leased again.
Electricity costs are included in the rent and payable by the landlord.
Unlimited Wi-Fi internet access provided by Move Up Internet is included in your rent.
Yes, these are charged at $44 per protector.

If you get locked out of your unit after hours, please note that entry is given by onsite staff and is not immediate. You may need to wait up to several hours for access. For Lock Outs call (07) 3249 7674.
For the replacement of lost swipe cards, keys or other assistance with a lock out the following fees will apply:
