No. There are no application fees.
Yes. To secure an apartment, the Tenant must pay two week’s advanced rent and a Security Deposit / Bond of 4 weeks rent.
Yes there is a cancellation fee of 2 weeks rent.
Yes. Car parking spaces require a separate application on 6-monthly terms and are not guaranteed. Cost is subject to change annually.
The cleaning costs of a studio apartment is $299 and $350 for loft and courtyard apartments.
There will be re-letting cost which is the lessor of gap out rent amount or 1 to 4 weeks rent depending on the expired tenancy plus GST and other costs until the apartment is leased again.
Electricity costs are included in the rent and payable by the landlord. The cost is capped at $150 per quarter and the tenant must pay any costs over this limit.
Internet access and unlimited WIFI is provided by Superloop and is included in your rent.
Yes, these are charged at $15.00 per double bed and is covered in your departure clean fee.

Yes. To be a resident at UniLodge you need to have a valid CoE (Confirmation of Enrolment) from the date you apply throughout the entire stay as per the dates on your contract agreement. Please contact reception if you have any questions.
