No. There are no application fees.
Yes. To secure an apartment, the Tenant must pay 2 weeks advanced rent and pay a Security Deposit / Bond of 4 weeks rent. Bond is payable to the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA).
Yes there is a cancellation fee of 2 weeks rent plus GST
Yes there are 385 car parking bays available and 800 bicycle spaces.
Cleaning costs are $239 per unit.
The cost is 1 week rent plus GST and rental costs until the apartment is leased again.
Electricity and utility usage is included in your rental payments.
Unlimited Highspeed WiFi is included in your rent
These are provided for you and the cost is covered in your departure clean fee.
There is no charge for a guest for up to three nights in a studio apartment only.

Once you arrive at the property you will find the phone number of the Residential Advisor at the door. Please call that number and the after house Residential Advisor will assist you with your check in process.
Yes, to be a resident at UniLodge Park Central you need to have a current and valid student ID from the date you apply for your room and throughout your entire stay as per the dates on your contract agreement. Please contact reception if you have any questions.
Yes. This is not included in your rental payments.
