No. There are no application fees.
Yes. To secure the apartment the tenant must pay 2 weeks rent plus cost of a mattress protector and shower curtain (if applicable). A Bond is payable, equivalent to 4 weeks rent if $800.00/ week or less or if $801/week or more is equivalent to 6 weeks rent, and is payable to the State Government Authority. In Adelaide, the authority is the Residential Tenancies Fund.
Yes there is a cancellation fee equivalent to 2 weeks rent.
There are no car parking spaces available.
Yes - The cost to clean a room depends on the room and you will be invoiced individually for this clean.
Per the lease agreement, the tenant will be charged a reletting fee which equates to 2 weeks rent + GST by the remaining weeks to the end of the agreed term divided by 75% of the total agreed weeks, plus the departure clean and any remaining sundry charges and is required to pay rent until a replacement tenant has signed the lease.
Electricity is separately metered so tenants are responsible for payment of their own electricity connection & consumption.
Tenants need to organise their own internet plans.
Yes, these are charged at $29.95 per bed.
Yes - this is not included in your rent.

We recommend that you prearrange a hotel or alternative accommodation until you are able to check-in during check-in hours.
Unfortunately, we do not offer check-ins outside of specified check-in times.
Yes, PCR rules from SA Health advise that you must complete a PCR test within 24hr of arrival. In addition for the wellbeing of all of our residents, if you have booked in for shared accommodation you must show evidence of a negative PCR test result.
