HOT OFFER TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. You must be classified as a new resident at UniLodge Herston to be eligible for this offer. 
  2. The $199 per week rate is available on the 2 Bed Bunk room type on a 2025 Sem 1 Full Year Stay lease or 2025 Sem 1 Half Year lease.
  3. $30 per week rent rebate on Single Rooms variants on 2025 Sem 1 Full Year bookings and on 2025 Sem 1 Academic Stay bookings.
  4. The offer is valid for all applications and deposits received from 01/12/2024 until 5pm AEST, 31/01/2025 or until allocation is exhausted.
  5. Lease must commence prior to or on 31/03/2025.
  6. The ongoing rent rebate of $30 per week will be credited to your account weekly until the end of the signed fixed term lease agreement.
  7. In the event of a lease break, residents will not be eligible for this offer and the rental credit amount will be added back into the resident’s rental account. Therefore, will be required to pay back all the credits applied to the account. 
  8. All residents must have paid their advance rent of two (2) weeks to secure their booking. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
  9. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  10. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. 
  11. This offer is only valid at UniLodge Herston and is not available at any other UniLodge properties in Australia or New Zealand.
  12. This offer is not valid with bookings that have already been deposited/received/accepted before 01/12/2024.
  13. This offer is valid if booked via education agents, bookings agents or referral agents via the agent booking portal.
