Offer Summary
Eligible current residents of UniLodge Royal Melbourne will receive a $10* per week discount on their 2025 weekly rent when signing a new lease.
To qualify for the offer, you must:
a) Be a current resident of UniLodge Royal Melbourne with a lease expiring between 1 June 2025 and 31 August 2025.
b) Sign a new lease for your current room, with a lease end date in either January 2026 (half-year term) or June 2026 (full-year term). The offer will be void if a room change is requested.
Offer Conditions
a) The $10* per week discount applies to rent only and does not apply to any additional fees or charges (e.g. utilities, bond, administration fees).
b) The offer cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with any other promotion.
c) Applicable weekly rates can be found in the “Room Rates – Semester 2 2025” table.
Limitations
a) Not valid for leases that have already been renewed.
b) Offer is exclusive to UniLodge Royal Melbourne and is not available at other UniLodge properties in Australia or New Zealand.
