Check in appointment times are available: Monday to Friday at 10am or 2pm. Please be aware that if you are arriving after-hours, you will need to arrange for out-of-hours key collection with reservations prior to arrival.

Ensure that you have notified us during business hours of your after hours arrival details so that we can prepare the after hours Residential Advisor who will be on duty. You will need to come down during business hours to do a formal check-in.
Electricity, gas and water consumption is included in your rent along with unlimited internet / Wi-Fi allowance.

The Residential Life Program is an integrated, contemporary, student life program, run by UniLodge for our residents. It is designed to support and bring out the best in each resident through the duties and activities carried out by Senior residents, Residential Advisors, the Residential Life Manager, the Customer service staff, and the General Manager.
There are two main room types for you to choose from:
You do not have a kitchenette in your room - however what you will have access to is an amazing Communal Kitchen and Dining area for all your cooking requirements.
The common area kitchen and dining area are regularly cleaned by cleaners appointed by UniLodge. The cleaners’ duties do not include tasks that are your responsibility such as:
Any items left in the common area kitchen will be thrown away into the rubbish. Any sink blocked by food must be reported to a UniLodge staff member. Charges may apply.
A ‘tap & go’ Eftpos operated laundry with washing machines and dryers is located on level 2, next to the sports lounge.
Bicycle racks are located in the courtyard and in the secure bike storage room. You are not permitted to leave your bike in your room or outside your room, as it can cause damage to the wall or carpet that you will be liable for.
Car parking is not available at the property. Fortunately there is a University-operated car park near our buildling. The location of carparks can be found here - Parking on campus (unimelb.edu.au)
All mail and parcels are received by reception and can be collected during office hours (grocery and meal deliveries will not be accepted by UniLodge).
There is a Hydronic heater installed in your room. At no time should this be covered, or obstructed in any way. Clothing and laundry items cannot be hung over the heater as this is a dangerous fire hazard.
