2. The Gift Voucher Promotion applies to the first 50 confirmed bookings only.
3. The offer is valid for all new applications and deposits received from 01/01/2025 until 29/01/2025 or until allocation is exhausted.
4. Contracts must be a minimum of full year lease term to be eligible to receive the cashback incentive via digital prepaid VISA cards.
5. A $500 VISA Gift Card will be provided to eligible residents in two installments:
   • The first installment of $250 will be provided within the month of March 2025.
   • The second installment of $250 will be provided within the month of January 2026.
6. At the time of issuing the digital prepaid VISA gift card, the resident’s rental account should not be in arrears. If the arrears are not cleared, this will cause delay and possible forfeiture of issuing the incentive.
7. If a resident breaks their lease prior to the contract expiry date, they may be required to pay back the gift card amount in full prior to departure and will not be eligible for the remaining amount.
8. The digital VISA gift card supplier will be True Rewards and the digital card will be supplied to the resident via the email address provided on their lease. To redeem and activate the offer you will need to follow the instructions provided in the email by True Rewards. All terms and conditions that are stated by True Rewards must be adhered to. 9. All new bookings must have paid their advance rent of 2 weeks to secure their booking as outlined in the letter of offer by the date specified in it. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.

1. This offer is available to new Studio Standard Apartment applications for a Full Year contract at UniLodge Melbourne CBD. Existing residents must be at the end of their current lease to qualify for a new contract on this rate. 

2. The discounted $509 per week rate applies to the first 50 Studio Standard Apartment bookings only and is valid for a Full-Year lease term. Check out has to be between 2/2/26 - 9/2/26.

3. The offer is available for new applications submitted from 18/11/24 until allocation is exhausted. Apartments will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Lease start dates must occur on or after 02/01/2025. 

5. Advance rent of two (2) weeks must be paid to secure the booking. Bookings not secured with the advance rent payment and bond payment by the specified date will not be eligible for the discounted rate. 

6. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, or offers.

7. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
