*TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. You must be classified as a new eligible resident at UniLodge Park Central.
2. The offer is valid for all new applications and deposits received until 5pm AEST, 03/03/2025 or until allocation is exhausted.
3. Lease must commence prior to or on 03/03/2025.
4. Contracts must be a minimum of full year lease term to be eligible to receive the cashback incentive via digital prepaid VISA cards. Studio Apartments will receive $800.00 and Share Apartments will receive $400.00
5. Contracts must be a minimum of half year lease term to be eligible to receive the cashback incentive via digital prepaid VISA cards. Studio Apartments will receive $400.00 and Share Apartments will receive $200.00
6. Studio Apartments include: Studio Single Apartments, Studio Double Apartments, Studio Accessible Apartments, Studio Premium Apartments and Studio Deluxe Apartments.
7. Share Apartments include: 4 Bedroom Apartments, 5 Bedroom Apartments and 6 Bedroom Apartments.
8. For full year and half year lease terms the CASHBACK will be provided to eligible residents within the final 6 weeks of the lease contract.
9. At the time of issuing the digital prepaid VISA card, the resident’s rental account should not be in arrears. If the arrears are not cleared, this will cause delay and forfeiture of issuing the incentive.
10. If a resident breaks lease or ends their agreement prior to the contract expiry date, the incentives will be forfeited. If the incentives have already been provided, they may be required to pay back the gift card amount in full prior to departure.
11. The digital VISA card supplier will be True Rewards and the digital card will be supplied to the resident via the email address provided on their lease. To redeem and activate the offer you will need to follow the instructions provided in the email by True Rewards. All terms and conditions that are stated by True Rewards must be adhered to. 12. All new bookings must have paid their advance rent of 2 weeks to secure their booking as outlined in the letter of offer by the date specified in it. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
13. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
