3. The early bird offer is valid on Two Bedroom Standard Share Apartments for all applications and deposits received before 5pm AEST 01/11/2024 or until allocation is exhausted.
4. The $1,000 rent rebate offer is valid on a One Bedroom Apartment, 12 month lease for 2025, for all applications and deposits received before 5pm AEST 01/11/2024 or until allocation is exhausted.
5. The $500 rent rebate offer is valid on a Two Bedroom Standard Share Apartments, 12 month lease for 2025, for all applications and deposits received before 5pm AEST 01/11/2024 or until allocation is exhausted.
6. The rent rebate will be applied as a rental credit in the last month of the lease.
7. Residents will not be eligible for the rent rebate if the resident breaks lease or ends their agreement prior to the contract expiry date.

9. Whole year lease contract is up to 52 weeks.
