2. The $360 per week rate is available on bookings for the Single Studio Apartment room (Ground Floor to Level 1) on a full year lease.
3. The offer is valid on Single Studio Apartments for all applications and deposits received before 5pm AEST 30/11/2024 or until allocation is exhausted.
4. Lease must commence prior to or on 24/02/2025.
5. Full year lease contract is up to 52 weeks.
6. All residents must have paid their advance rent of two (2) weeks to secure their booking. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
7. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
8. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
9. This offer is only valid at UniLodge on Waymouth and is not available at any other UniLodge properties in Australia or New Zealand.
10. This offer is not valid with bookings that were deposited/received/accepted before 06/09/2024.
