They cater for all your student life for home, university & lifestyle supplies. 

UniLodge Darwin is so well located that the University is just walking distance away. PappaRich, Nando’s, Grill’d, KFC, McDonald and Subway are just around the corner as well. Love your morning coffee? Take your pick of coffee shops such as Gloria Jean’s and Coffee Club. Fashionista? This is the place to shop in Darwin. Location, Location, Location. Oh, and did we mention Location?

Don’t Be Shy
New place, new people. It may be daunting for some, could come naturally for others, mingling with your fellow residents is a daily encounter that makes the UniLodge Darwin student experiences what it is – Fun, lively but insanely focused when it comes down to those assignments and exams.

Not proficient in English? No problem, no one’s going to give you any flak. Don’t hesitate to exercise your language skills. This is a great opportunity to enhance your verbal and social skills. Join in on conversations in the Communal Areas such as the Media Room and the Study Areas. You might just pick up a thing or two during those casual chats.

Remember that all your neighbours were in the exact same boat as you once and you can trust that they know exactly what you are going through right now. Don’t be afraid to talk to your fellow residents.

Partake in Residential Life
Upon arriving at UniLodge Darwin, you will notice the posters and emails about events carried out. Download the UniLodge App and Welcome to the Residential Life Program – We offer different ice breakers such as events on our level 1 communal area; at Local Darwin landmarks such as Crocosaurus Cove park, Mindil Beach Markets, Waterfront Wave Lagoon and Casuarina Beach; or other social media challenges. Whatever it may be, don’t hesitate to partake in these events and meet new people in your residential building. You might just be lucky and win a prize along the way.

If you didn’t yet realize, UniLodge Darwin has a very multicultural community. What better way to get out there and start expressing yourself and culture than by food? Yep! That’s right, everyone at UniLodge Darwin seems to be a foodie and we love trying out all sorts of goodies from all over the world. Share your home-cooked specialty or that super-secret recipe you don’t let anyone know. Whatever it may be, we would really love to try it. Invite your fellow residents around to the Communal Kitchen and start a good old cook up.
