One of the things we love about Sydney's public transport is cheap Sunday public transport Opal deal. You can go ANYWHERE on the Sydney public transport network – buses, trains, ferries and light rail – and all you pay for the day is a maximum of $2.60*. 

You can jump on a bus or light rail, then connect to ferries and visit the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge or catch a train up to the Blue Mountains. This is amazing and easy way to see the sights of Sydney! 

With public transport on your doorstep you can go anywhere at any time. The one other thing that we love the most about staying at Unilodge @ UNSW is the regular timetable of all public transport. It works well when you miss a bus and don’t have time to wait, but the light rail is coming towards you the next minute after you have just seen the bus go past you.

If you choose to live at UniLodge @ UNSW your Opal card can be easily purchased at the happy convenient shop which is located at the front of our property. If you are a night owl and miss out on the convenient shop after 9pm, an easy 2-minute walk to the local 7-Eleven shop.
