Reporting to the Area General Manager, the key responsibilities of this role are to ensure the buildings and common areas are properly maintained visually, efficiently, effectively and safely for the benefit of all lot owners and residents. The Building Manager will oversee at our strata managed UniLodge on Broadway and our UniLodge Wattle Lane student apartment complexes and will manage a team of 2.  This is a hands-on role and would suit someone with general maintenance skills that also has experience managing a small team and the maintenance requirements of a large residential building.

Accounts Coordinator

Our organisation is seeking to appoint an experienced Accounts Coordinator to provide accounts support at our UniLodge on Broadway property located in Sydney.  The key responsibility of the Accounts Coordinator is to oversee the day to day accounts function, process Body Corporate financials and provide operational and administrative support to the property. Reporting to the General Manager, the Student Life Manager (referred to internally as Residential Life Manager) role is responsible for facilitating the coordination of the residence as a community, with a particular emphasis on resident wellbeing, pastoral care, academic matters and events management. This is a live-in position and the successful candidate will be provided with onsite accommodation in a modern 2 bedroom fully furnished apartment, including all utilities (including internet).  Due to the nature of the events and activities that this role is responsible for coordinating, the Student Life Manager will be required to work after hours and some weekends.  Please note hours will be well balanced should you need to work extended hours.

Property Manager

Reporting to the General Manager, the key responsibility of the Property Manager (called Customer Service Manager internally) is to effectively manage a small operations team, working together to manage the leasing and property management of our 850 beds at our UniLodge South Bank property. This role is a unique mix of property management from a leasing perspective and hotel front office supervisory duties with a focus on reservations and administration.  Your days will include tasks such as interpreting Rental Tenancy Legislation, managing the reservations process for residents, finding creative ways to market the property, showing rooms, conducting inspections and general customer service at our front office reception desk.
