Residential Life
Heading off to Uni can be incredibly exciting, but leaving behind the safe and familiar to embark on a new challenge – often in a new city, filled with new faces and experiences – can also be quite daunting.
We’ve got a fix for that. We call it Residential Life.
Residential Life is UniLodge’s structured program of engagement and support, which provides a broad range of opportunities to help residents grow and succeed during their time at University.
You’ll learn new skills, improve your wellbeing and make lifelong friendships. You’ll be there for others, and your fellow residents and staff will be there for you.
Residents get far more than a room at UniLodge. They get each other.
Safe & Secure Student Housing
In Australia, PBSA (Purpose-Built Student Accommodation) refers to purpose-designed housing for students, often featuring a range of shared facilities, security, and other student-friendly amenities. The SAA (Student Accommodation Association) and NPAS (National Property Accreditation Scheme) play key roles in terms of standards, accreditation, and industry development.
As one of the largest providers of PBSA in Australia we have a strong and ongoing relationship with the National Property Accreditation Scheme (NPAS) around meeting and maintaining industry standards for student accommodation.
NPAS is a voluntary accreditation program that evaluates PBSA providers on criteria like building safety, operational standards, student welfare, and facility quality. This accreditation is designed to provide students and their families with confidence that the accommodation they choose meets rigorous quality standards.
Many of UniLodge’s properties are accredited under the NPAS, meaning they meet the stringent requirements set out by the accreditation scheme. By seeking NPAS accreditation, UniLodge demonstrates its commitment to providing quality student accommodation that prioritizes safety, security, and student satisfaction. Our accreditation involves regular assessments and making ongoing improvements to meet evolving industry standards and enhance the living experience for students.
NPAS accreditation is a mark of trust in the student accommodation industry, and by holding this accreditation, UniLodge ensures we remain a trusted and high-quality provider of student accommodation.
