Booking Process & Application Guide

• Identity documents such as your passport or a national ID card.
• Confirmation of Enrolment (COE) to verify your enrolment at JCU

How to apply:

1. Select Apply Now and enter your Resident Type.
2. Choose your property and room.
3. Select your lease dates.
4. Submit an online application form.

After we assess your application, you’ll receive a Letter of Offer and instructions on paying your initial deposit. Once your deposit has been received, we’ll send a Confirmation Letter and a Lease Agreement. After you sign the lease and return it to us, your accommodation is confirmed.
