2. The prize is a “Travel Giveaway” valued at $4,000 AUD. This prize includes the chance to win one (1) of two (2) Flight Centre eGift Cards (valued at $2,000 each).
3. The Flight Centre eGift Card supplier will be True Rewards and the digital card will be supplied to the resident via the email address provided on their lease. To redeem, print this card or display on your mobile phone and present it to your Flight Centre Travel Group Travel Consultant. 4. The promoter is UniLodge Pty Ltd (ABN 49 078 921 169) whose registered office is at Level 22, 100 Creek Street, Brisbane QLD 4000.
5. All new confirmed leases entered at UniLodge Melbourne CBD between 1 June and 31 August 2025 will automatically go into the draw. 
6. Promotion commences on 1 June 2025 and final entries close at 11:59pm on the 31 August 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
7. All new bookings must have paid their advance rent of 2 weeks to secure their booking as outlined in the letter of offer by the date specified in it. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
8. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
9. A cancelled lease will be deemed as an invalid entry and the entrant’s name will be automatically removed.
10. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify an individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. 11. The winner will be chosen at random by electronic selection from all entries received and verified by Promoter on the draw date of 5 September 2025 at 12pm.
12. The winner will be notified via the phone and email address provided on their lease agreement. The announcement of the winner will take place on 9 September 2025 on the UniLodge Melbourne CBD Instagram, and UniLodge Australia Facebook and Instagram.
13. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
14. The prize will be delivered to an Australian address only.
15. The winner will be notified by email within 5 days of the draw date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and redraw a replacement winner.
16. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
17. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
