*Terms and Conditions:

1. The referrer needs to be classified as an eligible current resident at UniLodge Darwin. The referred friend (referee) must be classified as a new eligible resident and the confirmed lease must commence on or prior to 31/07/2025 for the referrer and referee to receive this offer as outlined below.
2. A maximum of 4 weeks free* rent is available to current residents who refer a friend.
3. A maximum of 2 weeks free* rent is available for new referred residents.
4. To be eligible for this offer the referee must sign a lease ending either in January or February 2026.
5. This offer is available for the following room bookings only; Studio Standard, 2 Bedroom Apartment with Balcony, 4 Bedroom Internal and External Apartment types for a Full Year 2025 or Half Year 2025 lease.
6. To be eligible for extra 2 weeks free* rent, the current resident must sign a new lease agreement within 6 weeks of the referred student’s application for a minimum of 6 months with a start date before 31st August 2025.  
7. This offer cannot be transferred exchanged for cash.
8. The referee must include the referrer’s full name on the application form.
9. The referrer will not be eligible for the 2 weeks of free rent if the referee cancels or transfers their rental agreement prior to the lease expiry date.
10. This offer is only eligible for residents of UniLodge Darwin.
11. This offer is not available if the referring resident is in arrears.
12. This offer is not valid with bookings that have already been deposited/received/accepted.
13. This offer is only available if booking directly via UniLodge through the website, phone or directly visiting the property.
