Corporate Social Responsibility Program
As part of our commitment to caring for each other, the community and the world, UniLodge has established a Corporate Social Responsibility Program. We are proud to provide support to the Make-A-Wish Foundation and Red Frogs. We are also involved in other yearly fundraising events including Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea, to raise money for cancer research, and Movember to name a few.
Reward and Recognition Program
The UniLodge Employee Rewards & Recognition Program is an exciting initiative that acknowledges success and achievement of our employees, a celebration of those who go above and beyond in the pursuit of excellence.
There are two main areas of celebrating success; Awards and Service Recognition. UniLodge recognises employees through Quarterly Awards, On the Spot Awards, End of Financial Year Celebration & Semester One Intake “Thank you” Celebration.
Service Recognition for full-time and part-time employees is acknowledged at 2 years, 5 years, 10 years, 15 years and 20 years with a service certificate, personalised letter from the CEO and associated gift.

At UniLodge we realise how important it is to set employees up for success from the get go. We have a structured onboarding program for new employees and provide out staff with ongoing learning and development opportunities throughout their career.
UniLodge offer traineeships to suitable candidates in the areas of Business Administration and Property Management – A Certificate IV in Business or Certificate IV in Property Services.
