UniLodge is a multicultural experience with top end security. The rooms are at a modern nature; furnished with facilities such as a study room and common room. UniLodge is a social experience.

The best aspect of UniLodge is the friendly staff and the understanding student advisors. They all really care about everyone else making UniLodge feel 'like home'.

My most memorable experience was cooking with everyone and then eating it together in the courtyard. The chilling, socialising and friendly atmosphere was unique.

UniLodge @ UNSW is a residential college where we could meet new friends from the same country so we don't feel 'alone' when we first arrived overseas and be able to know other friends around the world so we could have a great multicultural connections.

I could find other Indonesian friends here as well as friends from other countries. It feels good as we could have friends that lived in the same apartment and we could hang out and have fun together here using the facilitations given.

We could also join the student committee where we could integrate our skill in the place where we stay. It is nice to be given the opportunities to know other friends from other countries and understand their culture.

I live in multishare room. The first time I arrived, I met with my room mate from Fiji, Hong Kong, and Indonesia. I thought it would be scary to live with  them because it was my first experience to live with other friends from different country. I was wrong. It was fun. From that point, I start to gain myself confident to speak English.

In UniLodge, it is easier to make friends from other countries and it can help to improve my English.

To be an oversea student, to seek out an ideal place to live is much difficult than get a good mark in assignment. I have been studying in Sydney for more than one and half years, before I lived at unilodge this unbelievable place, I changed location of my bed frequently, however, after that, till 10th of November 2006, my bed has been lying on here for one year, and it is looks like I will never have a plan to move it again.

Due to I can not give people any disadvantage about UniLodge, benefits of this place will take a major part of my writing.

There are lots of benefits for a resident at UniLodge. From my point of view, the biggest one is UniLodge has a really convenient location, it is closer to university, city, and plus a big shopping center, buses pass through every 2 mins. Secondly, you will never find another place that has the same reasonable low rental price with thus luxurious inside condition and that kind of convenient location. Finally, staff from reception office, they are the kindest people in the world; they always give residents a nice smile and try their best to help us.

Overall, trust me, people will never find out another place which is better than UniLodge. What are you waiting for, booking a room now for have a nice place to live in Sydney.

UniLodge is an excellent choice for accommodation. Situated at a walking distance from the University of Sydney and UTS, it is an ideal option for students looking for a place to stay at. The rooms are well maintained and comfortable. Each floor has a community kitchen and laundry area and other services include a Business Centre and Food Court at the ground floor and a nice barbeque area at the roof top. These add to your comfort while you stay here. I have been living here for one semester, have thoroughly enjoyed the experience and plan to continue my stay in the next semester as well.

The location of the housing is right in the middle of tourist facilities like Bondi and the city centre. Best of all, its near the university. What I like most about Unilodge@UNSW is that its hassle-free payment method, whereby all utility bills and rental life is all included in the weekly rental fee. I like the common room downstairs, where you work, buy junk food, cook your own food and watch movies. There’s even a smoking area, which I use from time to time. I like the way my room is organized; I have my own space & balcony & common area is a comfortable place to talk about your day. The study room upstairs helps a lot too…in case of too much room-mater ‘intervention’. UniLodge @ UNSW is a place where you’ll be secure, meet new people from all backgrounds, have all the info & accessibility you should need. A place where you’ll learn to be independent but in a friendly environment where there’s always someone to help you out. You have many choices for rooms and study areas…and you can party hard if need be…without alcohol.

I like the fact the Unilodge@UNSW has individual apartment, instead of dorms with common facilities that the whole dorm has to share. This gives individuals like me more privacy and more space, making living at Unilodge a comfortable experience. Besides, another plus point for me of such a layout is the fact that it is easier to make friends through the process of daily chores like cooking and cleaning up. It also taught me to accommodate and compromise with my other housemates, through activities such as watching tv and using the bathroom.  The most memorable experience at Unilodge@UNSW to date is the Easter BBQ held on Good Friday (by far). Easter has never been much of a festival and thus not widely celebrated back in my home country. It gave me an opportunity to have a peek into the Australian Lifestyle – such as the way and the extent to which such events were celebrated. On top of that, the lucky draws and awesome games were a bonus (not to mention the food), and the chance to meet new friends also contributed to the fun. That night was indeed unforgettable. Unilodge@UNSW is THE place for every overseas student seeking a home away from home. The air conditioned interior provides a comfortable environment conducive for study (especially in summer) while the shared personal television balances academic work with a form of leisure. The well-equipped kitchen ensures that your first cooking experience will be a pleasant one, and if you still need more leisure activities (and you are a movie fanatic), then the movie nights are definitely for you! Look no further!!!!
