- Rates are per apartment based on a minimum duration of 26 weeks
- $600 Holding Deposit (includes $240 non refundable Application fee) per person required to confirm booking. $360 of your Holding Deposit will be put towards the Bond payment
- Bond (4 weeks rent) balance payable 7 days prior to your arrival
- Room move fee - $110 per person
- Departure Clean (not including carpet cleaning, if necessary) will be charged - $130.00

What is included in my monthly semester package fee?
- Water
- Electricity
- Telephone connection, line rental and voicemail
- Use of all facilities - including swimming pool, student lounges, communal kitchens, roof gardens with BBQ
- Community Spirit Program membership - events and activities
What is not included in my Service Fee?
The only thing things which are not included in the Service Fee are:
- Telephone calls
- Food
- If you have a personal computers the cost of internet connection through a service provider
- Laundry facilities ($4 per wash & $4 per dry)
