Due to the growth of our company, we are seeking to appoint an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to help run our D1, D2, UOC and Villiers properties located in Melbourne. The key responsibility of the Customer Service Coordinator is to assist management in effectively delivering best practice customer service to students in a community environment across both buildings.

The RA team is selected for their maturity and leadership capabilities and are on hand after-hours to help assist with pastoral care and safety issues should they arise.
